Golf Instruction Built on Efficient, Sustainable Movement
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and golf instructor, my coaching blends technical swing instruction with golf-specific movement concepts to help you swing more efficiently, hit the ball better, and enjoy the game longer.
Every lesson focuses on your swing, your body, and your goals - not "one size fits all" instruction.
Whether you’re new to the game or looking to improve consistency and scoring, sessions are designed to be practical, approachable, and tailored to where you are right now.
What Makes My Lessons Different?
Most golf lessons focus solely on what the club is doing. My lessons also consider how your body supports - or limits - your swing.
Every private lesson includes:
-
Technical swing instruction
-
A brief golf-specific mobility screen
-
Personalized swing-support drills you can use between lessons
This integrated approach is ideal for golfers who:
-
Feel "stuck" despite lessons
-
Want more consistency
-
Care about longevity and staying active
-
Prefer instruction that makes sense for their body

Yes. Physical therapy services are available through separate evaluations and sessions and are not included in golf instruction.
Booking and payment are completed through my secure scheduling system.
Golf performance sessions and mobility education are non-medical in nature. Physical therapy services are not provided on-site unless a separate agreement is in place.
